Fondazione Hallgarten-Franchetti Centro Studi Villa Montesca (FCSVM), Italy
The Hallgarten Franchetti Centro Studi Villa Montesca Foundation carries on the tradition of Centro Studi e Formazione Villa Montesca founded in 2001 at Villa Montesca where in 1909 Maria Montessori organized a seminar that gave birth to the first publication of the scientific pedagogic method universally known as the 'Montessori Method'.
The aim of its activities is to help establish an efficient educational system which can help overcoming the barriers
to education and training, speed up the recognition of learning outcomes achieved in formal, informal and non-formal
approaches in order to encourage active participation in the learning process also by those people who, owing to
marginalization, may be excluded from it.
The Foundation today realizes and experiments new didactical methods and pedagogic perspectives for primary,
secondary school and VET students, adults and for young people with special educational needs. The Foundation
offers also post-secondary education, postgraduate and professional updating innovative courses to prepare
specialised profiles in the fields of renewable energy and the environment, sustainable design, energy balance of
the building system, design and construction solutions for energy saving, cultural heritage and civil protection.

Eco Logic, North Macedonia
ECO–LOGIC is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the protection and conservation of the environment,
the promotion of modern ecological practices, as well as monitoring and promoting the principle of sustainable
development, emphasizing on primary education settings (formal and non-formal), kindergartens, elementary and secondary
schools, as well as universities.
Our organization encourages and supports positive change in the environment in the forms of:
- Promotion of ecology as a science;
- Protection and conservation of nature and the environment;
- Creating new “green” jobs based on the concept of sustainable development;
- Organization of SDGs, sustainability, sustainability consulting, SD in social entrepreneurship, educational SDG camps for youth, and project activities for both high school staff and students;
- Development and introduction of educational board games;
- Development and testing of tools for initiation of discussion among young people and adults;
- Delivery of a variety of campaigns such as environmental campaigns, workers’ rights campaigns, and many others.
ECO-LOGIC has a strong network with 150 elementary schools and 30 high schools across Macedonia.
It also collaborates with the City of Skopje (Department for Education), the Adult Education Center, and the Bureau for Development of Education.

OOU Petar Pop Arsov, North Macedonia
Located in Karpos Municipality in Skopje, built in 1970, Primary School „Petar Pop Arsov“ provides a quality learning
environment which supports students to achieve their personal best and develop a positive vision for their future.
The current school roll is 730 students from diverse cultural backgrounds in grades 1 – 9.
To encourage improvement in technology, interactive learning and communication, the classrooms are equipped with wifi,
laptops for teachers and LCD Projectors, smart boards and a computer lab, making the school one of the most modern public
schools in the area. Using ICT in the learning process not only helps students be more creative but also helps teachers
use innovative methods in their teaching process. Students are encouraged to participate in various educational activities,
such as sports, drama, music, art, languages and competitions.
The school staff, which includes about 60 teachers and administration, provides a wide range of programmes according to
the State educational programme. The teachers and administration are committed to helping each individual student as well as the students with disabilities. Our school's teachers continuously attend conferences, seminars, workshops and European projects for greater achievement and to improve their educational teaching skills.

BALKAN URBAN MOVEMENT (Udruzenje Gradjana Bum), Serbia
Balkan Urban Movement (BUM) is a non-governmental organization founded in 2002 in Belgrade by a group of young people who
wanted to change their society through activism. Since then, the organization has grown and changed from a youth association
to an organization working on the growth and development of the community.
The mission of BUM is to stimulate the creativity and innovation of groups and individuals that will
lead to sustainable development in the Balkans. BUM focuses on three major pillars in its work: 1- civil
society and activism, 2- creativity and innovation and 3- community sustainable development. During the
past two decades of its work, BUM has implemented over 100 projects and involved thousands of young people
from all around Europe.
In order to promote the preservation of the environment BUM has partnered with National Park Fruška Gora and
worked on the promotion of eco-camping potentials in Serbia. BUM have also organized workshops and training in
the field of environmental protection using methods of intercultural dialogue. In 2021 BUM partnered on the
project “It’s All About Sustainability” on sharing ideas about means for ensuring sustainable growth.

Wisamar non-profit educational institute, Germany
Wisamar educational institute is a non-profit organisation located in Leipzig, Germany, that aims to promote
education as well as tolerance and international understanding. Since its foundation,
Wisamar has been committed to cooperation and exchange at European and international level.
We consider ecological sustainability a transversal issue that belongs in all educational sectors, from early school
education to vocational and adult education. In our projects, we develop resources and tools that empower people of
all ages to be part of sustainable solutions. By working with playful, learner-centered methodologies that are rooted
in people’s everyday lives and actions, our target groups can explore their potential to achieve a more sustainable future.
